Early-Out Program: The Early-Out Services are designed to improve effectiveness, reduce overhead and/or allocate resources more effectively and to increase the hospitals cash flow.These are accounts assigned to our company immediately following the first billing or in many cases we can generate the initial bill. The program is designed to off load the enormous job of account follow up from the hospitals staff.
LMS procedure for Early Out accounts can be customized to meet each hospitals individual needs. Primarily we follow up with the insurance carrier after the initial bill is sent. Determining the status we then do the necessary means of collecting the account.
